WATER AND MOLD DAMAGE IN LONG BEACH UNITS

Quite often, water damage may occur through no fault of your own. In the situation pictured here, water saturated several units in an apartment complex after the supply line to the washing machine broke. Areas of concern in this project included the laundry room, hallway closet, living room, and bedroom closet. Equipment was stationed to begin drying, and demolition commenced soon after. Work continued in the laundry room and within the units saturated with water. Each unit required a different course of action, depending on the extent of damage. The units eventually experienced a full restoration.
