CLOGGED SEWAGE LINE IN LONG BEACH

When sewage backed up from the bathrooms within this business in Long Beach, SERVPRO was ready on site to perform water mitigation, coordinate tests, and reconstruct the building. Upon arrival, CAT 3 water (sewage water) was found throughout the kitchen, storage/office area, and three bathrooms. Our trained technicians performed extraction on all affected areas and sanitized the rooms thoroughly. One dehumidifier was placed in the office, one in a side room, and an air scrubber in the lounge area. Asbestos and lead testing was then scheduled as a precaution. Later on, our crew was meticulous in wiping down the kitchen, storage, office, and supply room floors. Pictures were continuously taken to document progress, and construction was scheduled to repair the facility. All of the hard work paid off when the owner praised all of the progress that was made.
